For an investment of only £250 you will have three, totally personalised, one to one sessions with me via Skype. Initially you will receive an in-depth consultation via email and Skype to determine what your challenges and goals are. I will guide you through the basics of developing a regular meditation practice, and help you to anticipate and surmount the hurdles that will inevitably come as part of the journey. Once you are settling into a regular daily practice, I will give you your own personal meditation practice, chosen specifically to help you work through whatever issues have been identified.
The programme will run as quickly or as slowly as your needs and time determine, and at any time you can arrange to contact me for additional guidance. The programme can be extended beyond three Skype sessions for just £80 per session, or discounted blocks of three, five or ten sessions.
