Why we are different
Our approach is holistic.
At 21st Sanctuary Retreats, we believe that all positive lifestyle changes begin with a shift in mindset. We empower you to take control of your life, improving your career, health or simply finding balance by first giving you the tools to do this. Included in the retreat are mindfulness meditation sessions and life coaching workshops. Along with the fantastic yoga classes, delicious healthy food and relaxation, we will ensure you leave feeling nurtured in mind, body and spirit. Beyond that, our unique follow-up service will help you to maintain the changes and achieve your goals.
Our setting is stunning.
21st Sanctuary Retreats provide the opportunity to escape the daily grind and relax in the comfort of our handpicked venues. Accommodation varies between venues but is usually a selection of rooms sleeping 2- 4 guests, arranged as doubles, twins, triples or quads. They vary in style from simple with bare essentials to more luxurious most have en-suite facilities. In most of our venues there is also a communal living and dining room with breathtaking views over the surrounding areas.
Our retreats are convenient.
retreat. Our beautiful yoga retreats in various destinations are usually only a 3 hour flight from London and we try to keep it to under an hour and a half transfer from the arrival airport. On the shorter retreats, a mid-week start lets you to take advantage of cheaper flights. Of course you also have the option of extending your stay by coming to the location before the retreat and spending a few days in the locale, before joining us for the peace and tranquillity of the retreat.
To keep your resolve going, when you leave, 21st Sanctuary have teamed up with eminent psychologists Professor Karen Pine and Professor Ben Fletcher to offer Commit To It, a unique follow-up support service. This provides tailored support through concise and powerful texts and emails, which will allow you to make tangible life changes over time.
For those who want more traditional counselling support, we can also refer you to In-Mind with Trevor Pierce. Initial contact is free, and thereafter fees are agreed between yourself and the counsellor.
